Gwen, a visionary, has been instrumental in assisting small businesses and ministries in bringing their vision to life for over 3 decades. Realizing this was her passion, she launched her visionary start-up coaching services, V.I.P. (Vision In Progress), where she coaches visionaries of small businesses & ministries to bring their dreams from out of the closet into the room! After recognizing this passion to see others manifest their visions, Gwen decided to write her first book, “Let the Vision Speak”, to encourage and guide visionaries to bring their dreams to reality. A few years later, Gwen self published her next book entitled, “Perfectly Flawed…The Diamond Status”. She loves writing and began coaching others to write their stories through her V.I.P. Coaching service. She also offers book publishing services through her company, NewG Praise Productions, LLC.
In 2016 Gwen launched her live podcast, MsG*s Ladies Lounge, the show hosts women and men in business and ministry, inspiring and uplifting listeners all over the web. The show is continually growing and evolving. In July 2025, it will launch its new format with Manifestation Moments w/MsG.
Gwen, an ordained Elder, has served in ministry in various capacities over 50 years. She is the founder and director of 4G Ministries (Godly Girls Gone Global), a women’s fellowship group for women 18 and over, who recently celebrated 16 years in ministry. She recently retired from her nursing career after 35 years. Throughout her career and ministry experiences, Gwen has served in many leadership roles, but her most loved life experience has been manifesting her dreams and visions with the help of God.
