YB co-authored a book published by the Black Speakers Network which features Les Brown, Dr. George Fraser and 30 other Speakers entitled “SPEAK UP! The Ultimate Guide to Dominate in the Speaking Industry” where his chapter focused on helping Speakers to leverage LinkedIn to increase their Network and Net Worth.
In addition to being an Author, Connector, Consultant & Coach, YB serves as the Community Outreach Representative for Centura College of Allied Health & Trades, a career school located in Chesterfield, VA that offers hands-on training to adult students in the areas of Medical Assisting, Construction Electrician, HVAC & Welding.
For over 20 years, YB has leveraged his communication, leadership & networking skills to impact individuals & organizations such as Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., INROADS, the Metropolitan Business League and the Virginia Union University National Alumni Association.
YB is a proud HBCU alumnus and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Virginia Union University. He was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and now resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and two daughters. In his time off, he loves to travel to warm places with palm trees.
