From classical to gospel, this trio is best known for their unique and skillful a cappella arrangements. Joseph Clarke, Jessica Fox & Mariah Hargrove make up the Richmond, VA based trio, RESOUND. Their mission is to encourage and provoke individuals to share their God-given gifts and talents with others, just as they have.

With the recent buzz stemming from a tweet of their Christmas Medley video from pop sensation, Ariana Grande, Resound is working tirelessly to release their debut single and EP in 2015. The Christmas Medley video has gone viral, receiving over 2M views on Facebook and was recently aired on Good Morning America’s Pop News segment. Following the airing, Resound was contacted to appear LIVE on the show to share more of their beautifully arranged, a cappella harmonies.

Resound’s ability to compliment each other in every arrangement leads most to believe they are family members who have been singing together for years. The members of the trio actually met in 2010 while singing for a local play in their hometown of Richmond, VA. One day while sitting around the dinner table the talented trio did an “Awesome” medley and posted it to Facebook. The video went viral! Shortly after, they sung an impromptu rendition of Total Praise for gospel recording artist, Byron Cage which was posted to YouTube and went viral. This video, along with others they have posted, caught the attention of artists such as Donnie McClurkin, who invited them to open on his recent Festival of Praise tour with Fred Hammond. They have been afforded the opportunity to sing background for many musical greats and are now focusing on the career path of their group, Resound.

Resound truly believes their gifts and all of the opportunities they have been given thus far can only be accredited to God. Without Him they know they would not be able to do what they do. They are motivated by Isaiah 42:12 which states “Make God’s glory RESOUND; echo His praises from coast to coast.”
