Jessica has spent the last 15 years helping women work towards, and continue to lead, their best lives. Whether that means negotiating a big promotion, changing careers, starting their own business, or building stronger relationships with the most important people in their lives, she’s been through it all herself and is always able to find an approach that works for her clients.

With a no-nonsense attitude and a warm, supportive personality, her straightforward advice has put countless clients on the fast-track to becoming self-reliant, able to trust their instincts, and confident in their opinions. She encourages them to be their own best advocates because, even with her at their backs, they can’t find lasting success without supporting themselves. Jessica takes a Personal Advocate for Women. Although her main goal is to help them find satisfaction in work and relationships, no one can be truly successful in one aspect of their life if they don’t have a solid base in other areas. To that end, one of the most important parts of her job is to make clients aware of all the resources available to them, from generous people and organizations, and from government funded programs. Nobody succeeds entirely by themselves, and they need to know where they can find more support, even after they’ve achieved their goals and moved on from working with she. Whatever the problem, public or private, Jessica instills in her clients the importance of communicating effectively, and gives them the tools to build stronger working and personal relationships.

An especially empathetic individual, she connects with clients on a personal level so they can develop personalized plans that outline every small step and significant milestone on the way to reaching their goals. Working with her means you’ll get the utmost support and encouragement, and someone to light a fire under you to keep you accountable until you’ve reached wherever it is you need to go. Jessica is a wife and mother to three gorgeous children.

In addition to her advocacy services, she owns and operates an event planning business in Northern Virginia. Her first book, You Got This M.O.M.M.A. (Master of Multi-Managing Anything): 10 Tips to Multi-Manage Like a Boss, is the culmination of some of the most impacting lessons learned thus far, both in her personal life and in her professional career. In a hectic, modern life where it can feel like you’re constantly pulled in every possible direction, this condensed knowledge and advice will help anyone (not just “Mommas”) navigate and manage successfully.
