About Bishop Richard A. Groover
Bishop Richard A. Groover is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Ministries Intl and Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Covenant Churches Intl. He is a highly anointed preacher’s preacher and dynamic teacher. The demand for his ministry has afforded him the priviledge to minister throughout the east and west coast, and onboard several naval vessels. He has extensive experience in new church planting and leadership development.
He is a retired Chief Petty Officer from U. S. Navy of 21 years service, holds a B.S. degree in Religion, currently pursuing an MBA from Regent University. He was consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop in April 2013. Along with his children, Jazmine and Richard II, they reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
