Belinda Jackson is a Visual Strategist and Graphic Recorder on a mission to help CEO’s, social impact leaders, and mission-driven teams use visual thinking to unlock their genius, amplify their message, and grow thriving organizations. Her professional career began as an educator in her hometown of Mount Vernon, NY. When Belinda transitioned from classroom teaching to higher-education research at Johns Hopkins University, everything clicked!

She began combining her love of art with systems thinking and started her graphic facilitation training in 2008. While serving in leadership roles over the years, Belinda found her niche in helping people identify and draw out their gifts using visual thinking strategies. Belinda believes that pictures are a powerful tool for creating positive change. She has been working full-time as a visual practitioner since 2019. She is a native New Yorker currently residing in Baltimore, MD.

Belinda holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampton University, a master’s degree in teaching from Fordham University, and a graduate certificate in administration and supervision from Johns Hopkins University. She also has certifications in teaching, instructional design, the LegoⓇ Serious PlayⓇ Method and various strategic planning techniques.
