Raina Vann proudly serves as the multicultural liaison for the County of Henrico in Virginia. Her work includes identifying and establishing strong community partner relationships, connecting internal stakeholders and staff with organizations and agencies to support community needs in times of crisis and stability, creating a weekly presence with the only Spanish-speaking radio information station in the region, and collaborating with a team of individuals.
