Catina Downey is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia and Texas. She is a U.S. Army veteran and has over 20 years of experience in providing accounting and small business consulting. Catina holds both a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in taxation. She has been in private practice for over 15 years and is the winner of the 2021 VSCPA Woman to Watch Experienced Leader Award. Catina’s responsibilities include marketing and administration.
Trent Carpenter is a retired fire fighter, licensed contractor, and native of Richmond, VA. Trent is well connected to the Richmond area and the cornhole community. His experience in management and business operations will be vital to the operations of the venue. His responsibilities include contract negotiations, vendor and customer relations, and day-to-day venue operations.
